headache and dizzy

I"ve had a headache for 2 days, and I feel so dizzy.  I"ve eaten well today, am I coming down with something or am I lacking something in my diet.  I even made a cup of coffee cause I thought maybe it was lack of caffine..I need to go to bed, tomorrow's a new day...

Maybe you caught the flu from your little man. Wasn't he just home sick? Your symptoms could be different from his. Feel better soon.

Cheryl, Last week I had a headache like that, that lasted 3 days. The pressure was so bad my eyes hurt. I finally took some Tylonel Cold & Sinus on the 3rd day and it helped some, then the next day I took more and my nose was running and running and I kept sneezing. The headache was gone, but I still didn't feel great for a couple more days. I hope you feel better tomorrow. ~dori~

yes, my eyes hurt, and my neck, I think I"m on this stupid thing too much.  Geeesm, this OH is addicting

Are you on any depression meds?  I forgot to take for 2 days once, had extreme headache and bedspins. It was the worse thing.  In any case, I would call your PCP.  Hope you are feeling better soon!
