I just called the hospital and just asked the nurse to let her know we are worried about her. I read where she had her RNY open so I am guessing she is in a little more pain than a lap procedure. Maybe her hubby will call you Lisa. I did send her an email at the hospital. Her full name is on her surgery support page.

i also sent her an email yesterday. she should have it today. i said to let us know if she can. oh poor thing having the open version. that's going to take a while to heal up.

RNY on 11/21/07 with

Dr Clough only does opens. he prefers it that way. But sometimes they get inside and there is so much scar tissue or other issues that open is the only way to go.
