FYI for anyone close enough, interested

I am starting a new Women's Book Study group based on the book by Eckhart Tolle, A NEW EARTH.  Oprah and Eckhart are in their final weeks of their world wide webcast class. We have 4 women interested, once we have enough women willing to make a commitment we will all discuss time, day etc... The book has 10 chapters so it can be a 10 week or 2 ch.per week 5 week class. Eckhart's principles can be hugely helpful in dealing with all issues of weight, over weight, food, dieting, etc... Just the surface that I have scraped has changed me already. For the good. I believe this would be a wonderful companion for someone making lifestyle changes regarding their body weight and eating habits. I just received his book as a gift along with his first book.  I want to start reading it tomorrow.  Would be interested in a book group but hugely depends on when and where with my schedule and kids.

How exciting. I have yet to read the Power of Now which is said to be equally as inspiring and really work together. I will keep you in the loop and you can make the decision whether whatever the group decides fits into your life --- would love to have you and would love to go horseback riding! I grew up on horses, in fact, my mother was pregnant with me and we have this pic of her on the horse. So I was prenatally on a horse...!!1 haha
