Well I have more news...good news is the pulmoary dr. ok'ed me to see surgeon and I have an appt. to see Dr. Clough on May 21...I was just wondering if he weighs you then also...Why I ask is I have been having trouble with fluid gain and my feet and hands swelling and it might show a weight gain...Does it matter at this point if I have gained...I am kinda embarassed because I really should have lost more, but with this fluid problem...I just went on fluid pills to help but it takes a bit.  I guess I wouldn't be here or having surgery if I could lose so easy on my own...So if anyone has Dr. Clough could they please answer this question...Thanks...

sodium, sodium, sodium it made a huge difference for me.  check out the lables, it is amazing what you don't think has alot of salt.  especially prepared foods, "Lean Cuisine", ham, pickles, prego..."  just read them you'll be amazed.

Get some Chamomille sp?  Tea it helps a lot its a natural diuretic. Hope that helps you out and also avoid sodium like the plague.
