I just found this new protein bar at Hannafords in Portland today. It is called Power Crunch. I bought peanut butter fudge. OMG, it is like the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. It only has 5 g of sugar but 13 g of protein. the only downside it is has 200 calories. I am so sick of protein shakes and this is so delicious. It is like a chocolate covered wafer. I would highly recommend trying it.
