TMI constapation

hey good morning,  just an observation and wondering if ya'll have this.  If I don't go "POOP" daily I get a left stomach pain, the moment I go, the pain goes away.  Have any of you experienced this?  I'm surprised as little as I am eating how often I got to go "P"....boy I guess My Dad was right when he told me I had brown eyes and was full of "SH>>"....

Funny Cheryl my dad used to tell me the same thing. My eyes are still just as brown ha ha. I can tell when I really need to go cause my fluids seem to stick.
