What you eating today: OH, and Terri, how you doing???

B:  2 coffee's, slice turkey
L:  1 turkey burger, 1 c cabbage/veg soup
S:  piece of zuc (low fat, no sugar) cake  with brim & brown, (this was the recipe I gave you guys??? (it was ok) just that.  Not sure the Family will be fans...

So much for sticking with fluids today (for me!)  Pouchy is feeling better, so, I'm eatin!  WOOHOO!!

B:  protein shake   17g prot, 110 cals
S:  lf cheese    8g prot, 60 cals
L:  salad with 2oz turkey   11g prot, 110cals
S: 1/2oz almonds 3g prot, 80 cals          low NA V8 1g prot, 30cals
D:  ??

Vitamins.....DONE!   Fluids.....47oz so far...gott work on it!

    8OZ MILK

L: 1/2 CUP OF VEGGIE BEANS
    2OZ DICED HAM
    1 ENGLISH MUFFIN




30OZ FLIUD DONE AND 30 TO GO!
