TMI but gonna walk anyway

I'm a little constipated today, so I just took a few stool softners, BUT, i'm not going too far from home, you get my drift?  so I'm going to try this vlog i saw on u tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynCQ4HV228k&feature=related  (did this video was ok/fun but only 8 min/going to do it a few times) and see if I can get in 40 mins of something something today to meet my goal.  I'll edit back when I do.  how Ya'll doing? get that walk in early, will rain later.  No excuses... I know I'm the queen of excuses.

Tuesday- 8 mins cardio v log, 20 mins digging/transplanting in garden, 8 min cardio and 4 mins dancing.  Had to get those 40 mins in... yaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!  DONE

Walking is great for constipation!!!!  Can't tell you how many times I had my shoes pooped on when I was working in the nursing home and first got people out of bed!  sorry...TMI!!!!  hehehe   Good luck with the walking.......looks like I'll be riding my stationary bike when I get home tonight at midnight!! haha!

Most of the time I was able to jump out of the path.......well, you get the idea, but still NOT pretty!!!!   It happened more than once too........amazing how gravity works!!!!!  hehehe  I can't remember EVER pooping in my OWN shoes though....haha
