TUes 's exercise and food
DH & DS cut up all kinds of wood last night and my job is to stack it all today
, so I'll be very busy with that today. I think I might get in my 5 hours after all
. so after I get my little man showered, fed and off to work
I'll be organizing wood, and getting more wood ready for them to cut, tonight, when they get out of work. I can't believe we're getting ready for winter already.

Where ever do you get ur energy??? I want some! I dont get to work out till tomorrow. I have to work 7-5 today and then I have 5 days off and i gotta get some cleaning done. I think i might start with the kids room and get some of thier winter clothes out and hangin in the closet. ( it is soo hard for 2 kids to share a room) I need a bigger place!! Then i gotta clean out all the rest of the closets in the house. Get my halloween
and christmas decorations out of storage and into the hall closet. Then I gotta clean outside...B: 1 coffee 4prot; 120 cals

oh, Honey, I don't have energy, remember I don't work, and don't have little kids, I"ve got all day to myself, if I don't do stuff, I sit all day. so I make a list at the beginning of the week, check out the weather and plan, plan, plan my week. my schedule, even includes, making my bed, laundry, supper, lunches, Dr's appt, you name it. I check things off as I get them done. I do this all on my puter, that is why I am on here so often, I go to check my list and see what is next, haha
I knowwwww??? I'm going to work on that, I actually did have breakfast for a few months, and I didn't have much success either, so went back to my bad habbit of not eating it early. I will begin to have it again, tomorrow and cut down my coffee again to just one, I think the caffine might just give me that extra go and not feel eating is necessary. Thank you Kathy, Your doing your job "Being a great friend"... oh, btw, when am I gonna meet you?? up for Dinner sometime? I"ll meet you 1/2 way to Gorham?
