Breakfast and exercise

RNY on 11/21/07 with
I had  a half a  sweet italian sausage  and  1/3 cup spaghetti and  1/4 cup sauce
what a change for breakfast.

lunch will be  yogurt and  turkey breast slice

havent thought about supper

Did  a  40 minute walk  2000 steps so far today.

Sounds like an interesting breakfast!
I had some Calorie Countdown FF milk for breakfast      
Snack: insides of a chicken egg roll........YUMMO!!!!!
Lunch:???
Supper??? who knows if I'll even have time!  YIKES!

Lunch: salad with turkey and FF dressing
snack: LF cheese stick
supper:...............bad!!  Turkey Jerkey!

well, I guess someone would chime in to tell me if I didn't have a good choice for a meal.  hmmm????  Ruth, after a day of eating this I'd be pretty weak and dizzy.  Can you eat just this and not feel sluggish?  how do you have the energy to work out the way you do?  I'm sure you had a good lunch and suppah  (I hope ),  take Care, Cheryl
