i can deal with my arms too. i hear they hurt like crazy and the scar can spread and get wide. i really need my belly done and i'm willing to make payments for my boobs. i'll get more serious about it in six months or so after i've lost and maintained for a while. i've been stuck at 157 for a couple of months now. i'm a size 12 so am very happy with that but really wanted to get to 140. i know it's not over yet. i should kick up the exercise again.
