Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt

I just had some, not bad after you add 2 tbls of Sugar Free Jam.  It has 15 grams of Protein and is Fat Free.  It is made by Stoneyfield Farm.

Six ounces has  14   one cup  has almost  20 grams of protein
fage  greek yougurt has a little more protein

I use  sugar free jam and splenda in   unflavored but i  like unflavored just fine alone too.

I also use  orange juice frozen concentrate in the unflavored  and it is good too.

Cabot farms makes a  greek style yogurt too and you can find that at shaws  I found some  choc rasberry  and it was great.

I love the Cabot greek yogurt. Haven't had it for a while though.
Once I use up all the light and fit yogurts from Sam's club I'll have to remember to get some Cabots greek. I liked it plain.

The vanilla had more sugar I tried that first. then got the plain and put some fruit in it. The price was great at walmart $1.46 i THINK. I thought it was good.

The label on the Oikos says 6 Grams of Sugar, but it isn't refined sugar it is natural sugar. 

kathi , thanxs for telling me about the yogurt ,its really good  rate now for me  22 grams protein , which im still trying too get all my protein every day
