Jessica, if you don't think that looks good, you better get unfussy really quick....you've got a big surprise when you have to drink protein shakes for 2 weeks, you would eat that cheese pizza in a flash.  maybe even faster. hehe, I would have eaten my right arm, and I think I actually threatened to.

It was a homemade crust....yeah I watched that video too......I would have been drooling more if he hadn't put mustard on it......yuck.

I have been however craving a good old fashioned cheeseburger lately however.....and the fries.....and the chocolate frappe....yum!!!!

ohhhh,nooo, I"ve had areally bad week.  and the scale shows it too.  but boy, food is sooo goood... damn!  so yea, that choc. frappe would really put me over the top..

I was thinking the same thing about the mustard too, I don't usually use mustard.  At first I wasn't sure what to expect from the video but it looked good to me.  As a child my dad used to call me "Morris the cat" because I was so finicky.  I have gotten a lot better at not being that way but I know more change needs to happen once I have the surgery if I want to eat.
