so if I only have a few oz of protein for a meal and feel full, how do i get in my veggies.  Is is more important to cut out some protein to get some in?  or should I get my protein in?  I can now see how somany of you have to figure this out when you go back to work, and how important packing your lunch would be.  Need to figure out my veggie problem.  might make that broc. pizza crust tonight, yummy...

I normally ALWAYS do the protein first, then veggies if I have room!  I even pick around the veggies so I can get the protein first.   It's a work in progress though!  Lettuce/salad stuff..seems like I can eat quite a bit of that even after my protein.  (I usually do about 2-3oz of protein then the veggies, but everyone is different!)

Good luck!

From what I've read and from Dr. Loggings office it's more important to eat the protein first then all the other stuff.

Like they say, protein first. It gets easier to judge and balance as you get more practice.
