Official Before and after Pic-1yr Dr. Loggins appointment

So I had my 1 year follow-up with Dr. Loggins this morning.  I am only 10 months out, but do to insurance changing I had to go early for my 1 year.  I have lost 108 pounds (268 start to 160 today).  I still want to lose maybe 15 more pounds or so.  All my labs were excellent, total cholesterol 111.

The after pic got all smudged from sticky baby hands, but you can see the difference anyways.

Wow...what a huge difference.  You look awesome, I can't wait for the 10mth mark!  I've been at a stall for about 2 weeks now, but I'm not complaining because I know it will end eventually. 

Thanks everyone!  Still working on it, but I am so happy with how everything has gone.  I would do it again in a heartbeat even if it was twice as hard.

YOU look Healthy !!! of course you look beautiful, but to me, looking healthy and feeling healthy is #1.  Congratulations and thank you for sharing.  If you loose the 15 lb. i'm sure you'd be happy, but your looking amazing just as you are.
