Friday nite support group . . .

It was  totally awesome to meet  Tony b. and get my hug.  Hope you and  Glen and glen's sister had a wonderful time at   the slots.

Emily  I hope you are feeling better.  It sure is the pits to get  a touch of the flu this time of year.

You looked  real tired but  you are looking   awesome!!!  And  Tony's  clothes were getting   way to big on him.   You look awesome too Tony.

My sister   sent my dad  a  digital  frame for Christmas and it has been my job to put pictures on a sd card.   I did  put  the pictures on the photo collage  that i  took to support group.  and I even  wow myself  at the  difference.  

Scale was done  at weigh****chers   again this week.   We are on the move just got to keep the exercise and NO GRAZING  up.
