Hannaford salad

I love it when i go to hannaford and like this morning  they had just put out the salad stuff and  no onehad been into it .  that is when i like to buy there salad the best.  so i got salad for me and dh for lunch  and  I bought   vegetable sushi which is  just veggies no shell fish or fish  in it.

I hate  4 of those and hubby and some and we ate the salad.   mmmm good.

I did ok at  weigh****chers this week lost    one pound so that is   three pounds  over and since    christmas.

woo hoo  I have tried real had this week not to graze.   and it has worked.

Yes cheryl  too cold to go out and play!!!
