stupid computor problem help

OK so i have too stupid computor problems. first i need to change my surgen to todder on my OH page, I cant figure it out and every one wants to know why i am going to EMMC and have some weird MD. NEXT is does any one have vista and do you know how to shrink a pic so i can use it as my avitar on my OH page????

go to   MY  OH

then go to

settings on  left side of page

then go  to

status  at  top of page

then  after you at status  on top is says

Ive got a date   MY  surgeon  click on my surgeon  there you should be able to  pick surgeon
