Any one need a boost? Challenge??anyone

My DH has returned to work "Today".  After surgery on Dec 16, he wasn't too excited but I was.  Kinda Bitter sweet.  So, Bus forgets to p/u MLM, so I kept him home.  wouldn't you know it, my first day alone.  so this is my Commitment to regroup follow Rules, track Calories and exercise.  I've done pretty well considering him home all this time.  but I want to focus much more now.  So starting on Tues.  I will be accountable and start a new April Challenge for 1000 mins. of Exercise.  Does anyone want to join?  we can enter on Mondays, how many mins we did the week before.  You can all Challenge yourself to whatever Minutes you want.

Alright, I failed last time so I'm up for trying it again (last time I hurt my foot).  So should we start today?  Or should we start tracking on Wed?

I would be up to it actually this time.  I exercise much more often then I did before, so at least I can compete with myself and keep track of it more than I am right now.

Today I did 65 mins:
45 on treadmill
20 on stationary bike

7.15miles total  GO ME!!  That's my highest within that time frame so far.
