my dd works with kids, and has with the public for many years.  she catches everything you can imagine.  this morning after another attack of her sinuss, her dr. recommended a Neti pot.  OMG, she called and freaked out.  she said it was amazing.  I had seen it on Oprah. here is a site for saline solution and explanation for it.  if you have alergies, hay fever you really should look into this.

I use my water pik! seriously!  I put warm water and a little bit of salt and it works very well. My ENT gave me a nasal tip that fits right on the end of it.   I have to do it once or twice a day everyday.

ETA: the Neti-Pot is good, but the water pik flushes it out better and faster.
