Just Another Manic Monday....
I get to clean and it looks normal again. I had a rough weekend, had fun Sat. night but drank way too much and man was I suffering yesterday. bot h weak from being sick all week and just terrible. but feeling way better today. I have already got MLM up, showered, fed, made his lunch, did laundry, dishes, cleanned house from Son and his girlfriend's visit (THEY are SLOBS) hehe now waiting for MLM's ride to pick him up and my BIG goal today and to get the remainder of the leaves cleanned up, at least 1/2 today and 1/2 tomorrow since the weather is nice. so, after not counting my ww points at all this weeekend i'm back on track today. I have no clue what I had this weekend for points, I didnt' eat much but I know I had more points then required. so:B: 2 coffee's
L: 1/2 turkey sausage, 1/2 sl cheese, egg white, 1 sl ww bread
D: Family burgers w/frozen fr fr (edit cause i'm beat and lazy) me : pita pizza w/turkey sausage

Hey it must have been the night for it. I had two drinks and felt like I wa**** by a truck yesterday! I'll never learn!

I am back to work today but it'll be a short day as my older son is sick today (younger son went to the doctor last Friday and was diagnosed with strep throat) So..........it'll probably make it's way around the family! Oh joy!!!!!!

L: greek yogurt, nutlettes cereal, and blueberries

I ate way too many potato chips yesterday and made myself sick, so I think I'm cured of that addiction for a day or two! haha!

OK, I feel like a bit of a pig today. I have been getting out my old work out DVD's and getting my sweat on. I am doing Turbo Jam today.

L: two tablespoons of Shepard's pie, 1/8cup garden salad, 1/2 whole wheat roll.
D: 2oz grilled NYC strip with portabella mushrooms, few stocks of broccoli and a bite of potato
S: two bites of my husbands cheese cake.
