 Have you ever got a complement with an insult in the same sentence, do share how arrogant people are. Where you able to not punch them becuase i sure wanted too. I just shrugged,couldnt belive it.

A co worker said "oh that shirt  is nice the colors make your face brighten up, that pink makes your cheeks liven up, it really suites you but it makes you look fatter " (not fat but fatter)

I was just like , thank you then a slap in the face, some people.

so you should have just replied... "well, at the end of the day, i can take my shirt off, but you'll still be an insensitive moron."

Oh yeah theres HATERS EVERYWHERE!!!  My SIL compliments me all the time but states a negative as well like how good I'm looking but how saggy my skin is getting. AND HOW IF I LOST IT THE HARD WAY I WOULDNT BE SO SAGGY.....SCREW HER and ALL THE REST OF THEM!!!  Jealousy makes people do strange things.  Thats all it boils down to folks.....JEALOUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really, how can people be so insensitive and ignorant?  Jealousy is so ugly!  I wouldn't even sweat it, just know how awesome you are doing on your journey and screw the rest of them. 

There are so many ways to say the same thing if you truly want to be helpful.

"The color is great on you.  You really should buy more clothes in that color.  But the style doesn't do you justice.  It isn't very flattering." 

Of course that comes with a big IF.  IF she asked.  Otherwise stick to telling her how great the color is on her.

People can be insensitive asses and there are too many in the world. I think we should get a free pass when someone like this pulls this bs and be able to punch them in the mouth. I am really we are only doing the world a service by giving a negative painful reprimand. Maybe the next time they think about being an ass they will keep their mouth shut because they don't want to get punched again.

That is SO SO SO rude!!! GRRR I lost 12 pounds my first week and a friend said congrats but I bet that was easy eating only chicken broth. I was dumb founded for a sec and then said yep but I won't gain it back when i get to regular food at least. She shut up quick. Now I am 8 pounds away from weighing less than her. Hmmmmm.....
