Need Help...Someone To Transfer My Old Profile To My New One.......

Hi Everyone, I will be the first to admit that I am a total idiot when it comes to computer stuff. I am at my wits end with trying to get my old profile transfered over to my new one. I clicked on it where it told me to on my old profile and now I can't even update in it. I would love to update but I don't want to do an entry until I have my old ones transfered so it will be all in order. Does anyone know who could transfer my profile for me?
