Missing being able to update my profile!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone, Could someone please tell me how to get help transfering my old profile to my new one? I really miss being able to update my journal. Apple Pie was so kind to say she would help me but I haven't heard anything. I hope she is alright. I know everyone is really busy right now with all the Holiday stuff and I don't want to bug anyone but if someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. When it comes to computer stuff I am a real idiot so I would probably have to have some one transfer it for me. Thanks for all your help! Your WLS Pal, Jennifer V.

Hi Jennifer, Wish I could help you, but I don't know what I'm doing either. I just kept mine the way it was. I don't want to lose anything from it. Hope you find someone that can help you. God bless you, Annette

Jennifer, First, copy and paste the text into a word document. This is a back up in case anything happens. I do that once a month when I update my profile. 2nd, on your old profile there is a bar that says "convert to new profile". Click that and see what might happen. If it doesnt work, it wont transfer any data. What you have to do then is create a blog seperator, and on your main entry, you will need to copy and paste the text you saved to a word document and seperate it so it can easily be read. I would recommend contacting [email protected] if you want it updated better, but it might take time. She did a couple other new ones here. I did my own, and always have. If you need help, email me.
