Oh My!

As of this morning weigh in, i have lost 3 more pounds than i weigh! I am 167 this morn and have now lost 170. I feel so great and do not regret even one little bit! teri

Way to go Teri;    Congrats on the hard work! I am so happy for you. I hope I will get there someday as well; I am minus 73 so far with at least 65 more to go. I have no regrets either. thanks, i am wearing 12-14 bottoms and m-l tops. I want to lose 8 more lbs, that would put me at a normal bmi for the first time since kindergarten, i think,lol. keep up the good work and you will get there! thanks again, teri

Way to Go on your awesome weight loss.  This surgery is an awesome tool and after over 3 years out, I also don't have any regrets!  It's a wonderful feeling when you reach the mile marker of being able to buy clothes in any shop!  Congrats and best wishes! Kerri

Wow Teri! 170 pounds lost and not quite a year out? That's awesome! I can only imagine how different you must feel than you did a year ago at this time... I'm having surgery with Dr. Schram next month and it's such a boost of good vibes to see people here doing so well!

What an inspiration!!  I am hoping for my surgery this summer.  I am hoping to do as well as you.   Was your sugery an open or a lap procedure?
