Too much or not????

I am concerned that I am eating too much.  I am losing and I believe I am okay with calories but it seems like I eat more quantity than most.  I don't really snack but my main meals are larger than I expected.  I am cleared to eat anything that agrees with me and have only had trouble with chicken thus far. Today's menu, breakfast was a cheese stick, lunch was 1/2 cup tuna with low-fat havarti cheese about 3 slices, dinner was a filet of grilled whitefish and a cut-up  cucumbers with vinager . Yesterday, I had a small chili from wendy's and about half of a plain baked potatoe.   The other day, I went for sugar free ice cream with a WLS friend and ate one whole scoop and she took 3 days to finish.  I hadn't ate anything in the last three hours but should I be able to hold that much. My friend surgery was only two weeks after mine.  I had two protein shots  daily totaling 120 calories and 30 grams of protein.  I listen to my body and stop before I get uncomfortable. Is this too much?  Dinner is about 1.5 cups.  how many calories is ideal?  Could my pouch be too big?  My doctor did not define meals to well.  there are samples but mainly for the other stages.  I am probably eating more out of habit than hunger, but I was told it was worst to skip meals. I am a newbie but I will take any advice coming.

I am a month further out then you are and I still can not trust what my pouch tells me.   Most of the time my pouch never feels "full"  but at the same time it doesn't always feel hungry.   But my surgeon/nut has me on a plan where I weigh my foods.  2oz of protein with 1oz of fruit or veggie or there are some carbs that I could have but I stay away from.   If it is fish (not tuna) I can have 4oz if I can eat it    I eat the protein first and then if able I have the fruit or veggie,  I try to have both in same day but not same meal. This will probably increase at the end of the month but his increases are very small amounts.  I don't mind at all because I have lost 69# .    If I don't get all my protein at my 3 meals, I can have a protein shake as snacks.   I started out needing 3 shakes a day and am down to 1 1/2 shakes to make my 60-80 grams of protein.   I do not count calories at all, but I keep a daily journal about what I ate and how much fluids I have gotten in.   I am not using fit day I am just putting it in a notebook along with Nuts instructions.  It sits on my kitchen counter and after each meal I fill it in.  And if I have question about something I want to eat the answer is usually right there. Good Luck

thanks.  that helps.  I am eating fish almost daily.  it seems that my big concern is more dinner, it probably old habits.  I did weigh a fish filet yesterday after obsessing about this and it seems that the filet are only about 3 oz.  I am trying to do fitday and track calories, I am just not sure how much is good for now.  i am at about 700 calories a day and 60 proteins.  I am losing.  As of today, i am down 34 lbs in 33 days.  I just don't want to not be on track.

There are days where I'm really feeling hungry but am able to only eat a few bites.  Othertimes, I can eat a 6" Subway sub (1/2 bread, no cheese, no dressing).  I can usually eat about 3 -4 oz of meat or fish but very little of anything else (a couple bites of potato or 1/4 cup veggies).  I am also a year out so what I eat is very different from what you are told to eat.  I usually run about 1,050 calories a day and less than 30 grams of fat, with about 80-100 grams of protein.
