Is luck on my side

Well I decided to come back on OH after about a year of not even looking on here.I had given up although during that year i've been doing the 12 months supervised dieting.Now my doc called Hurley and made appt.for july12th they sent the package and said all my tests are over a year old so they need new ones(AAHHH)but i jumped right on that and made appt. for all test and they will be done by july 12th and they chose a new Dr.(why)Has anyone ever had to do this or is it just my luck?Maybe my luck will change and they will finally approve it.

By any chance was your first Dr....Dr Obeid?   If so he has been out for personal(maybe family or health) reasons since early March.   They are re assigning all of his patients yet. Good Luck

No it was Dr. Wagner and I already met with him and felt comfortable with him now I have to meet a new one Dr.Dana (I think that's the name it's hard to read the writing)

Oh I have meet Dr Dana/Danan and he is a sweetheart!   He assisted with my 2nd surgery and he is the one I would see when Dr Farhan wasn't there.    He is pleasant...easy to talk to and seemed very competant. Good Luck

That's so true and I did like everyone at HBC so I'm sure this Dr. will be good too.I guess it's Danan or at least that's what one of the OH members said .I could'nt read the nurses writing(LOL)and I will never give up,I have been fighting too long to give up now.

Oh yes after 2years you start to learn how the ins. co. is going to do things but I'm going to use that knowledge to my advantage.I've done everything they asked now some even twice so they can't say no even my doc says everything looks like it's a yes this time(fingers crossed)Thanks for the encouraging words.
