good morning all , I hope everyone had a good xmas ..I had a very good one . I dont no about anyone else but today am getting myself back on track with my protien and watching the carbs ..all of that . I have so many sweets left !!I always do tons of baking at xmas time and I did this year to ..I gave a lot of it to friends and family but still have a lot of it here I have lots of kids here that will eat it eventualy . but I didn****ch everything I ate ..am not even going to weigh myself am just going to get back on track and get these pounds moving again . hugs Sherry

oh sherry, I know what you mean!  my sweets came in the form of yummy booze.  so, i am sending the kids to daycare, cuz i pay no matter what and I am jumping on the treadmill.  lucky for me, the kids broke my scale a month or so ago, so i cant weigh in anyway.
