I used to be a lurker
Hi There:
I am not on this board too often, as I usually post on the over 50's forum, but I wanted to say hello and congrats on your upcoming surgery. Dr. Kemmeter was my surgeon and I just loved him. I didn't have any problems at all and my recovery was smooth and easy. I live in Sturgis which is a little over 100 miles from G.R., so I have a "trip" whenever I have to come up there. I go back up for my six months check up Feb. 18th.
Best wishes on your surgery, I am confident it will go just fine with Dr. K. in charge!!

UPDATE! 1-21-08
I am home now. Surgery went well. I had some bad reactions to pain meds and high white blood counts and had to stay an extra day. Now I am home and resting...cant do that in the hospital. I took my first step in this journey and now baby steps. Thanks to everyone that sent me well wishes and prayers.
-Wendy
