Good Morning Michigan, It more snow and cold and wind ..... Let's say more winter........... Update -  as of this morning she is still holding on to life.
I'm drinking Black and hot this morning . What's in your cup?
Going to take the truck in for repairs today hope it don't take all day have to be there at 9:00 this AM

The Q for the Day..................
What was the last time you worked on your car or truck and what was done?

For me............. Just had the oil changed and they found a leaking front axial seal ... today I get that fixed. Sitting in the dealer waiting room sound like fun to you?

Have a great day I'll try to

Good Morning Randy,
Im having my last Crystal Lite Rasberry for the night before I leave work. Last time I worked on my Truck was last summer when I taught my 20 year old son how to change brakes. Last thing done on my 2003 F150 with 200,00 miles on it was an alternator replaced and an oild change last week. During the snow storm i wasn't going to do it myself.
I have to take it back to my local mechanic, though, the new alternator they put in is making noise like it has bad bearings. Guess we both will be waiting at the repair shop.

I am sipping away on my ice water....

I had an oil change done on my car and a seal replaced around the door because it was cracked. That was about 3 months ago...so I need an oil change again.

Finished the fake latte, need to eat breakfast in a few minutes ... then I'm pushing water (crystal light) today so I'm well hydrated for my after-work workout.

QOTD -- About 2 months ago my car started smoking and hissing on the drive to work.  Thankfully I was close to a gas station with a repair shop that was also close to my office.  Turned out to just be hoses that needed replacing.  With a 75-mile drive one way to work, I was lucky it happened where it did and not on some stretch of highway with no help close by.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Randy, what kind of truck is that?  It seems like it's always getting fixed!!! LOL

I just had the oil changed on the car and the van, but nothing other than that.  Oh wait, the fuse for my windshield wipers did go about a month ago.

I played hooky today and stayed home for an extra hour.  Now I'm at work drinking my waterand eating an Atkins bar.

I am going to do everything I can tonight and tomorrow so I don't have to leave my house on Saturday and Sunday.  I'm going to hibernate!!!

Mornin' Michiganders! Stupid snow...I'm finishing up a cup of BK Joe (creamer and splenda) and I need to head out to Perrigo soon.
QOTD-last thing I had done to my Durango was to have the automatic window fixed. I went through a drive in (needed a McDonalds SF Vanilla Latte!) and my window wouldn't go back up! Brrrrr.
Off I go to the grown up candy store that is Perrigo...! Hope I find some deals. This week the whole fam has used up my store of cold medicine. We've all had the crud. Now I'm washing evil germs out of everyone's pillow cases and disinfecting toothbrushes. Ick.
Have a good day all!

Morning,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife.

I'm drinking ice water and then it'll be lunch.

Last week I had an oil change on the SUV; but about 2 months ago, the SUV wouldn't start - it was the fuel pump.  Yikes - at least I was home and not stranded.

No, sitting in the waiting room is never fun, but at least you won't be stranded some day or have it cause you more issues with the front axial.

Have a great day. Joyce
