Where: This month we are having a field trip and sharing some holiday cheer! We're meeting informally for dinner at 6:30 p.m. at the Fieldstone Grill at 3970 W Centre Avenue, in Portage. PLEASE send me an RSVP by noon on Wednesday, December 8th, if you plan to attend so we can call ahead. Our group has asked that this event be limited to members (and potential members) and those supporters who have regularly attended our meetings.

The Kalamazoo focus/support group is open to all pre and post-op bariatric patients, as well as those interested in learning more about weight loss surgery.

Mostly good words here, health fine, weight up about 15 pounds more that I would like bet it has stopped rising. Got a part time job, I like my boss.
You, health? Headaches? School? Doing any fun music? How's Terry?
This board is mighty slow, some have gone over to fb, some have moved out of state, and some have vanished.
