Yes, if you can quit smoking you can do the LD.   I don't know if I have to or not.  I'll find that out in a couple weeks I think. Keep smilin'! Colleen

With Park Nicollet you get to do a 10 day liquid diet pre-op.

Thanks for the info Farrah.  I had a feeling I would.  A friend of mine is having wls on 7/31 and has to do a 14 ld. I know I'm a ways out yet, but I'm really excited to get started.

Pearl, are you a LITTLE EXCITED honey??!!     HECK YEAH!!!   It was signs like that while I was in the whole assessment/approval phase that made me believe in KARMA!!!  I already have a good thing going with God, but all those little signs that this was meant to be?  It kinda makes you smile inside, doesn't it?!!!
