Temptations
Wow,
There was something in the AIR LAST NIGHT! It was the hunt for the snack attack. I ended up making a protein smoothie of banana, s milk, and banana protein powder with lots of ice. It took a long time to drink and was a sweet killer but so good tasting. Thanks for the message on the air waves.
You are amazing. No we are never ever going to FAIL!
We have the BEST TEAM .... together we journey!
With MUCH Graditude,

Thank you for the encouragement, it is so hard when the darkness starts to creep in and it is seems like all you can see is that flashing sign. What kind of protien powder do you use? I have tried the GNC and then another one and then smell was too much so I haven't really touched them since I had surgery. I hope tonight proves to be easier without a snack attack for both of us.
I don't crave sweets. For me it's salty foods that I crave. And with salty usually comes carbs. So, instead, I'll just grab a small handful of peanuts or cashews. Then I am satisfied. I'm not sure how to get rid of the sweet craving. Maybe some SF popsicles? That might help, and it's a fluid source.
Good luck!!!
Hugs,
Lori
