What a difference a year makes!!
I keep a copy of a pic of me at my heaviest on my cell phone so I can show it off and see it myself when I need to. I realized the other day that it had been exactly one year ago that that pic was taken. I took some new pics on the anniversary of my heaviest pic. Quite the difference!!
I have not had a moment where I have regretted this path I have chosen. I love my life and am so happy I chose it.

I am SO printing this out and showing it to my DD. She needs to see how amazing a person can look after losing a mess of weight, when they look in the mirror now and see nothing but hopelessness. She's too young to give up, but YOU, my dear girl, are a shining example to give her something to shoot for!!!

It's funny you should ask....too bad you missed coffee on Saturday!!! LOL On Friday night he asked me "so......do you consider us boyfriend/girlfriend?" To which I replied "No, we haven't had that talk yet."
So we are now. 
It just went so fast....i'm freaking out a little bit but I do like the guy a lot. We'll see how things progress.
