Hi everyone....I have to toot my own horn today. I have reached my GOAL weight....135 pounds!!! I am so excited ...I can't hardly believe it!! I love WLS!!!! I have learned so much about eating and exercising correctly. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to have this surgery. I have no regrets and I don't feel deprived of anything. Thanks to all of you for the support, love , and caring that you always give me. I couldn't have made it without you! You all just ROCK!! Love and hugs....connie d

(((Connie))) - can you feel my hug all the way from Circle Pines, MN today?! WOOT! Congratulations! Seeing you in those size 2's on Saturday, I can totally believe you hit goal. When I saw you at the outlet mall in the window of Maurice's on Saturday, I was so pumped I just wanted to run in and squeeze ya, but didn't want to scare the customers - or you for that matter. CONGRATULATIONS, you sweet little pipsqueak, you! Now comes the hard part - MAINTAINING! If you rock that like you've rocked the loss part, you'll be FINE! And - uh, Amy? You were at the outlet mall Saturday?? DANG, GIRL! I stopped by Gap after the coffee group broke up! Wish I would have seen you! I'd have thought of SOME way to embarass you!
