OT: I'm injured again
Have a good (better!) day!!! Amy, honey, my broken toe aches for ya! Which toe is it? Maybe we match? (middle toe, right foot for me... from getting stepped on by the horsie March 14th.)
The doc said that for the big toe, they might be able to help, but any of the others? Not much they can do. I was told to tape mine to one of the toes on either side of the broken one, to more or less immobilize it. The discoloration lasted about 2 weeks, but that sucker still looks like a sausage compared to the others!!
If you opt to "tape" it to another toe, there is a fabulous non-adhesive product - comes in a roll, I used the 3/4" width, and it's kinda like those funky newer Ace wraps - all crinkly and sticks to itself without pins, clips or sticky stuff.
Poor hon... I think my toe just had a sympathy throb for ya

We are so taking a picture of you at the next MG coffee for an avie update!
LOL
Thank you Sandy! Mine are slightly younger - 4 & 6. They just do not get why we are constantly talking about picking up their toys, but as I continue to become inactive due to the injuries sustained from the mishaps involved, I think they're getting it. Unfortunately it's always me or DH that steps on toys, never the kids. Go figure!
I'm thinking crutches would be a good option right now. haha
