Sandie, ANOTHER gorgeous new avatar? Dang, girl! You are beautiful inside AND out! CONGRATS on beating the urge! I'm afraid I don't dump on little bites here & there - I sincerely wish I did! But for me, I've only dumped twice all year. I'm THRILLED, however, that I'm afraid of it, so I only take a bite or two of evil things before I walk away. FEAR is a GOOD THING! 'cuz pre-op, a bite or two was UNHEARD OF. A large blizzard? Good as gone.

I totally hear ya Darla! I coulda ate a Blizzard in no time flat before surgery. And I can take a bite of something naughty now but that's the end of it. But, like you said before it would have been the whole thing so I like it because I get that little taste and I get my fix and its over. I know anything beyond that could take me down and I mean down in the bathroom or in bed for a while and I don't have time to deal with that. lol

Thank ya! Yeah, pre-op and large all gone and then ya think "that was it?"....hhhmmmmm, gained another pound..... Oh, I don't dump from a little bite BUT I can't justify buying a small blizzard and throwing it away after one bite(hmm, I was obese?!??!)thus I passed. FEAR IS AWESOME when it comes to not wanting to get sick!

Sandie, I was really craving a blizzard the other night and struggled through it. It is amazing the sense memory recall I have with foods when the head hunger strikes. I LOVE your new avatar. I forgot to see if someone could take a new pic of me tonight maybe someone will have their camera on Saturday at MG coffee. I only dump some of the time and it is usually with sugar alcohol rather than i I eat something with real sugar. But, I think I might try Michelle's suggestion and cut out sugar and see if I can go to using all natural sweetners, but I am blanking on the name of the one I was thinking about. I just have to remember to pick some up on my next grocery shopping trip. I too have issues with scrambeled eggs so I stay away. One of my co-workers made an eggbake for a brunch we had at work today and everyone was so suprised that I didn't take any. When I told them they make me sick they asked if I regret having the surgery without hesitating I said nope, wouldn't trade it for the world! Hope you have a great Friday and can get out to enjoy the beautiful weather we are suppossed to be getting this weekend!

We must be related in some way we don't know about! I am not sure when I'll be heading up to Hinckley next with gas prices climbing higher everyday I think my trips up there may be a bit more limited. Have a good weekend and don't work too hard tomorrow!

I think we all deal with that every day!!! Everything I look at requires a decision of some kind. But that's why I keep the mental vision of me before surgery. I made decisions before -- but obviously the wrong one!!! So I have another crystal light!!! Hang in there -- Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!! XXOO
