Hello Sandie.....I sent a post before but it has not shown up. Wierd things are happening on this board!! First of all I am glad that your computer is up and running again. I am so happy you are back...you were missed! My computer was down about 5 days. I am sooooo mad....I lost my measurements. I had them on Excel and they are gone. How do I replace that....UGH!!! I have tried everything. Thank goodness Carol has my pics on her computer....I can get them from her. I want my measurements!!! Sorry to hear that you were in the hospital but am glad all is well with your "plumming" now!!! I love your "thought for today found in the bible".......Amen!! What an inspiring post. You inspire me in so many ways. You are just the best!!! Love and hugs sweetie.......connie d

I think my brain was in overdrive yesterday, I wasn't quite grasping this message... but reading it again today, it reminded me of a motivational message I clung on to many years ago during one of my previous weight loss attempts: "Obstacles are what we see when we take our eyes off the goal." So true... As for your plumbing issue? I'm so sorry you had to endure that! My poor daughter is having some serious issues in that department right now as well - having been diagnosed with PCOS a few weeks ago, she was put on metformin. Her body isn't liking it. We ended up in Urgent Care Monday am, had a plethora of tests run, including x-rays - which identified the source of her pain and discomfort - she's full of ... it! So we've started Benefiber chews, she took some Milk of Magnesia, and the doc suggested a stool softener. She spent two days at home in pain, and has yet to "produce" anything! poor thing... but at least she's not as uncomfortable, so I'm guessing it won't be long now! Thanks for all of your inspiration and motivation, pretty lady!

Thanks Hon! I feel for your daughter..UGH, the memories! Ya know there is another option.....MAG CIT! I know it's gros but it does produce!! They gave me a bit of that in the Hospital and I have had a bit since home and OH YEAH! I feel good NOW! HUGS!
