Hotel Info for Wedding....
If you are interested in making your reservation for the wedding at the hotel here in Luverne, here is the information. I talked with Carol today and she gave everyone the Church rate of $55.00 per night. . The hotel will fill up quickly. Not being conceited or anything, it's just that it always does fill up, even with travelers on Hwy 331 going to the beach or traveling elsewhere. We also will have the Meeting Room reserved for a meet and greet the night before the wedding. We are going to have a blast! I can't wait until Lucy is the Mrs. Lucy Culpepper and lives here in Bama!

ROAD TRIP!!!
I did a tiny bit of figuring. It's @ 1250 miles from Hanover to Luverne, Alabama. Which in the Cruiser would = roughly 50 gallons of gas one way, 100 round trip. So there's (let's just say) $400 for gas.
Probably 24 hours of driving (with stops) one way, so at least one overnight if it's a marathon drive, 2 overnights round trip for roughly $200 (avg.). 2 nights in Luverne = $110 + tax.
If we got 4 to go in my car, that's gonna run roughly $200 per person plus meals. Not too shabby, really!
Flights were over $400 on the LOW end... plus meals, plus hotel, plus some sort of ground transportation/rental...

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
Randy and I are already planning our trip... Not sure yet how we will go but when we traveled down last week. We did it in 19 hours whi*****luded potty/gas breaks and breakfast/supper break. Unfortunenatly we were driving the truck and pulling the trailer so pretty much our gas costed about double of what your figures are.. How fun would a road trip be in Darlas Cruiser!?!?!
