Okay- my daughter is STILL preggo-she was due last Friday. On top of that she is quarentined for the next 4 days because they are pretty sure that horrible cough she has had for 3 weeks is WHOOPING COUGH-Pertussis! Worse, she probably got it from Maui, who is also now on antibiotics as we wait to find out the results of their labs. Yes, they were immunized as children!!! I have coughing in stereo here. I just got home from my uncles funeral-he passes away last Thursday, we think heart attack. Nice to see Aunts and Uncles, but a crappy way to get a family reunion going. My mom who lives in Colorado was put into the hospital on Sunday-looks like she possibly had a heart attack, has several blood clots from ankle to abdoman, congestive heart failure, and a huge abdominal mass that they are not sure what it is. If she had not gone in that night she would be dead. Somebody send me some funny jokes or something-I need to smile!!!

Lynn, You have my prayers that life will start to show you some peace soon....You have so much going on and some thing s are just out of your control. Lynn.....I am so sorry to hear about your uncle passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hope your mother has a complete recovery. Please keep us posted on her condition. Prayers are being sent up for her also. Hope your daughter is feeling better soon...and baby is here before long. I pray all goes well with her delivery as well. Hugs....connie d

Lynn, Yikes that is a lot to hit all at once. My younger sister used to work at Children's and got exposed to Whooping cough once, she was quarintined over night...that is no fun! I guess some things can sneak past immunizations. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I do hope they are able to help your mom and that she can recover from everything. Hopefully your daughter will get over the whooping cough and have that baby soon, then there will be something happy to focus on. Love & Hugs, Nicole

Baby's never arrive when we want them to! Have your daughter plan something fun to do - then the baby will come. I'm so sorry to hear of your uncle's passing. You certainly have too much drama going on. I hope your Mom is recovering - the angels were watching out for her. I don't have anything funny, just a big hug for you!! Although there isn't much to laugh about in your post, I do believe in the power of laughter. So to respect your request - Women's Ass Survey:

1. Only 5% of women surveyed feel their ass is too big. 2. 10% of women surveyed feel their ass is too small.

3. The remaining 85% say they don't care; they love him, he's a good man and they would have married him anyway. That felt so inappropriate... but I hope it put a small smile on your face for a short while. You have a lot to process right now, Lynn. The good news for your daughter? There are no documented cases of a pregnancy lasting forever. (I went 2 weeks over with my first!). For your uncle? There is a Heaven, and I hear it's WAY better than life on earth! For your mom? It appears that it's not her time yet. So she has a chance to get better, and with some luck and planning, meet her great-grandbaby! You and yours are in my prayers, sweetie
