MAYDAY! lol 5-1 Today I will...

Today I will  eat 3 meals again...only today they will all be at home and not ANY take out. drink 2 1/2 bottles of water. Take my baby outside, as long as it doesn't rain. Yesterday........ Join the YMCA and not wuss out because I feel like a sausage.--I did it, I joined and am doing their 12 week fit start program.  So I started with 20 minutes on the bike yesterday.

Eat ONLY my 3 meals and not 4 like yesterday.---Yay!  I did it, only 3 meals!

Drink 2 bottles of water.---got it in!  Shooting for a little more today.



1st goal-  Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight!

Yeah!  Great progress in your goals!  I think it is a great idea to do the 12 week fit program that way you can have some guidance while starting out.  Keep up the great work!
