As of this morning when I weighed myself I am officially in Onderland (199.8)! I am so excited! Originally I was not going to post this until I was a little more secure in the number really being under 200 (like 3 days of it being there), but then I realized that there is no reason to be scared of sharing the news, especially if I stay on the right track! So, I am now sharing it with all of you that I vow never, ever to go back into the 200's!

Thanks! It has been more mental work than physical because the physical doesn't really even seem like work now, it is something fun to do!
