My Day...........
. I get home and drink, drink, drink, as I promised (I usually get in 60-80oz daily anyway). Then I call to find out why I haven't received my letter for the external review.....well, they have upheald BCBS's decision. As I sit here with yet another rash(had 3 in April). I am on a roll today!!!
SOOOO, I am going to take my kids out and forget about all the negative crap and get a good dose of laughter at the park!

! I am sorry to hear that your BP is back down is there anything they can do to help keep it stable? It really stinks that they upheld BCBS' decision I wonder what they would do if they were living with those rashes. I'm so sorry, Sandie... you deserve so much better than that! I hope they at least drew some blood to test your thyroid as well, since that was the primary reason for your visit!
