Oh wow! things have gone so fast since I was approved. I went in for an appointment with my surgeon on Monday and have surgery scheduled for the 27! I started my liquid diet yesterday. I think I'm ok have been really tired and had a headache but not really missing the food. I have to lose 15 pounds or I risk having my surgery open. I really don't want that... My family is kinda coming around to all of this... They didn't think I could do it. LOL I had to prove them wrong. I want to thank everyone here for being so supportive! I would also like to go to a coffee sometime. I almost always work on Saturday mornings. I do have the 24th off hopefully I'll be able to find a coffee that day. Thanks again for all your support!
I am so happy for you! The time will come before you know it! I don't know how much you weigh, but 15 lbs isn't tough, especially on the liquid diet. You'll do great!!!!!!!!!!
Way to go.... It will be here before you know it. Like a friend of mine just pm'ed me... I am glad I was fat.. because I have met so many great people, and made friends that will last a lifetime, that I would of never met otherwise. Good luck to you... maybe we could put together a coffee in honor of your big day... Unfortunately my sons graduation is Saturday the 24th down in Rochester so I can't do it then. But we will make it work. The coffees are the greatest. You walk away feeling connected to others that have been thru the same thing. Its the best.
