I think mine is the fact that I'm actually doing this and succeeding. The first 3 months were so hard and I was mourning all the food I couldn't have **** cream; big macs; pasta). I thought as soon as I could eat certain things I would start making bad choices again....but I haven't. Before sugery I use to eat out 2x a day 5 days a week and now I hate going out to eat and haven't been at a fast food place since. I have the confidence now that I will be able to maintain this lifestyle for now on and never want to go back to how my life was before.

There have been SOOO MANY! But I posted the one that brought me to tears last fall - when I attended a meeting at Bryant Lake Regional Park, and made it through the entire disc golf course without so much as a bead of sweat! In the past, I got to about the 2nd or 3rd hole, and hung it up - headed in to the pavilion before I put myself in cardiac arrest. The fact that I didn't even recognize it as a WOW until I was driving back to work? I cried for MILES!!! That was my biggie.

Fitting on every freakin' ride at every amusement park I've been to in the past year?

Having to decide between two size 16 dresses, when I could barely FIND a 32 that fit just over a year ago? That doesn't suck!

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful

Being able to share clothes with my tall skinny friend was a blast while in Vegas. The pic in my profile of the black and white halter top is her top! If you told me I would be wearing strapless or halters I would have thought no way!

Also, feeling the best I've ever felt in my adult life has been a big Wow!

Last night I got my size 26 jeans out, held them up and looked in the mirror.
See pic in profile. AMAZING!!!
I'm now in a size 12...really unbelieveable
