Finally hit the 240s!!!

That's right baby! WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

I packed and carried about 50 small boxes until 4 a.m. last night and feel like I've been beat with baseball bats... but WOW do I have a lot of energy!!

I am celebrating and definitely need a massage...that might have to be my next reward for hitting 240.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

You watch - if you weigh yourself Monday morning, I bet you'll REALLY see a drop! Seems to me the drops show up a few days after a good bit of exercise (although I don't get on my scale very often, so I could be full of it...)
