Is it just me?

I got one strange one last week, but it was about someone who died in Africa and left lots of money in an account, and my contact information was found in their papers, and I should contact them to see if I was eligible for any of the estate.

I got a strange on a week ago where they wanted me to give them my bank account number so they can put a huge fortune into it, and then I would hang onto it , until they  moved here from Australia or something.  Ummm yeah, right

Perhaps it's some foreign (considering the typo issues)... sexy woman hitting on you...lol :-P

Hey ya'll, this was not meant to turn into a "lets tease the CAVEMAN" post.  Well maybe they are looking for dudes.  They are all similar and they are using their email address as their screen name.  I think if OH simply prevented that it would clean up the mess.

None here either, but I have heard of it happening to others on various boards.
When you get one, you are supposed to hit the "Spam" button on the bottom of the PM and then also follow it up with an email to OH.
There is also a technology board where you can post this and your suggestions for corrective action.
