I was laying on a gurrey getting ready to go into surgery.

What a ride!!

Thank you to all who have put up with me through the good and bad. There's been plenty of both!!

Hang in there everyone who's just starting out or hitting plateaus... it WORKS!! be patient and loving of yourself. Enjoy this roller coaster ride called life - it has it's lumps and bumps but the ride overall is exhilerating!!

Happy One year surgiversary! It's amazing the difference between your before and after picture. In your after pic. you can see your smile in your eyes, does that make sense?
