Are swapkins held and when is the next one?

you just missed one mid october - so i would guesstimate the next will be in march/april

Is it ever held up in St. Cloud?

It's usually more central but all the St. Cloudians and the Western Wisconsinites carpool for the special event :)

Swapkins is very informal - I don't see why you couldn't have one up in the St. Cloud area - if there were enough people interested and someone willing to "host" it!  But it's typically held somewhere fairly centrally located for the biggest turnout.  

Last March we had an "informal" clothes swap during the overnight at the Lodge - it was actually pretty decent!  So if you're planning to come there, I'm sure you'll find some things to bring home!
