I have became very close with Pepper Jack cheese. All my foods need to have zing/zest/BITE to them since surgery. I doctored a can of creamed soup up the other day and yep in it went pepper jack cheese LOL. That and salsa are main staples for me now

Colby, Colby-jack, Munster, blue cheese, Swiss....I love any kind of cheese, especially now that I'm on the liquid pre-op diet. I'm dying for some cheese!!!!!!

Love Cheese! Colby is very nummy but I have been doing a lot of provolone lately- very nummy melted with some tomato sauce and pepperoni ( I microwave the pepperoni first in a paper towel to "degrease" )

So, Sandie, you 'crack' yourself up.....why didn't you ask favorite egg recipe?! Ooopsie, this is YOUR real topic.....regarding fave cheese, I cannot narrow down to one: Sharp cheddar in omelets, fresh grated Parmesan on garlicky chicken, shredded mozzarella on South Beach pizza, and gotta have Pepper Jack on salsa concoctions.
